Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with a purchase, tell us within 7 days of paying and we'll refund it in full, including GST, with no questions asked. This covers single downloads, Campus Pass orders, and the first payment of a Pro or Campus subscription.

Renewal payments of a subscription aren't covered by the guarantee, because you can cancel before any renewal (we send a reminder before each charge). If a renewal went through by mistake, write to us within 48 hours and we'll look at it.

2. How to ask for a refund

Use the contact form and choose “Billing & refunds”, or email support@vrrity.com from the address on your account. Include the order or payment ID from your receipt if you have it.

3. When you get your money

We approve valid requests within 2 working days. The refund goes back to the original payment method through Razorpay. It usually reaches you in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or UPI app.

Once a refund is processed, the access that came with that purchase ends. Pro reverts to the free plan, and a refunded download has to be bought again.

4. Cancellation

Cancel any time in Account → Billing, in two clicks. There are no further charges after you cancel, and Pro (or your Campus seats) continue until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't refund the unused part of a period.

Single downloads are one-time payments and never renew. The free trial needs no card and ends by itself.

5. After 7 days

After 7 days, purchases aren't normally refundable. We will still refund you if you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or couldn't use what you paid for because of a fault on our side that we couldn't fix.

6. Fair use

We may decline repeated refund requests that look like abuse, for example buying and refunding over and over to get free downloads. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
